TFG’s Legal Protection Plan provides you and your family with a hassle free legal service plan.
Legal Protection Plan provides cover, which includes the following fantastic benefits, for you, your spouse and up to four of your eldest unmarried, unemployed, dependent children under the age of 21 years:
- Legal Insurance benefit* - insurance cover of up to R40 000 per membership per year for if you need legal assistance in certain litigation matters. There is a 3 month waiting period for the Legal Insurance benefit;
- Mediation benefit - telephonic mediations (limited to twenty per year);
- Basic benefit - telephonic advice on certain legal matters (including labour matters); and a
- Legal Emergency benefit - 24 hour telephonic legal advice on legal emergencies.
All these benefits are available to you for only R39.50 per month, conveniently billed to your TFG Store account, guaranteed for the first month and reviewed once a year.

TFG’s Legal Protection Plan Platinum provides legal and mediation services for you and your family.
Legal Protection Plan Platinum provides cover, which includes the following fantastic benefits, for you, your spouse and all of your unmarried, unemployed, dependent children under the age of 25 years:
- Legal Insurance benefit* - insurance cover of up to R54 000 per membership per year for if you need legal assistance in certain litigation matters. There is a 2 month waiting period for this benefit and it includes:
Bail Cover benefit – bail cover of up to R2 000 per membership per year;
- Mediation benefit - unlimited telephonic mediations;
- Basic benefit - telephonic advice on certain legal matters (including labour matters); and a
- Legal Emergency benefit - 24 hour telephonic legal advice on legal emergencies.
All these benefits are available to you for only R53.50 per month, conveniently billed to your TFG store account, guaranteed for the first month and reviewed once a year.

TFG’s Legal Protection Plan Platinum Plus provides you and your family with legal and mediation services.
Legal Protection Plan Platinum Plus provides cover, which includes the following fantastic benefits, for you, your spouse and all of your unmarried, unemployed, dependent children under the age of 25 years:
- Legal Insurance benefit* - insurance cover of up to R80 000 per membership per year for if you need legal assistance in certain litigation matters. The Legal Insurance benefit is subject to a one month waiting period and includes:
- bail cover of up to R5 000 per membership per year; and
- Up to R10 000 opposed divorce cover for the main member only;
- Mediation benefit - unlimited telephonic mediations;
- Basic benefit - telephonic advice on certain legal matters (including labour matters); and a
- Legal Emergency benefit - 24 hour telephonic legal advice on legal emergencies.
All these benefits are available to you for only R72.90 per month, conveniently billed to your TFG store account, guaranteed for the first month and reviewed once a year.
